RETURN POLICY

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. However, returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging, with the only exception being warranty claims. If a customer makes a mistake in their order, returns, or cancels after the order has been shipped, they will be responsible for paying the round-trip freight charges. Additionally, a restocking fee of 25% or higher will be applied depending on their condition and whether an inspection is required. When the RMA is initiated, the restocking fee will be communicated to the client for his approval.

Merchandise returns require a pre-assigned Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number prior to dispatch. No returns will be accommodated without this RMA Number. Every parcel should be distinctly labeled with the RMA Number, and a replica of the Returned Merchandise Authorization Form should be enclosed in the parcel. Failure to include the necessary documentation for returned items will trigger an additional restocking fee of 10%.

Initiate the RMA procedure by emailing RMA@LUBEEQUIPMENTSTORE.COM. We will then provide you with an RMA number and guide you on the next steps, NO RETURNS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER. Your email should include these details:

            – Invoice number and Item number

            – Lot, model or serial number

            – Issue description

            – Where and how it was used

            – Duration of use before failure

            – Visual proof of the defect/complaint through photos or videos.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Items returned for warranty claims will be evaluated based on the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Warranty repairs or replacements may be issued at the manufacturer’s discretion.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Should a customer receive a damaged or defective item, they are required to inform LES within 5 days of its arrival. LES will then coordinate a replacement or provide a complete refund at no additional cost to the customer. Should notification be given beyond the five-day period, the carrier’s (also referred to as the shipping company) approval is needed and the claim will only move forward following this approval.

 

MADE-TO-ORDER (MTO) ITEMS

Products that are custom-made such as hose assemblies, or marked as “Non-Cancellable”, “Non-Refundable”, and/or “non-returnable” are not eligible for return or refund. However, if there is an exceptional circumstance, a minimum return fee of 50% will be charged, unless the product is defective or still under warranty.

 

SHIPPING COST

Clients bear the cost of shipping for returned items unless the return is a result of a mistake from LES (Lube Equipment Store) or a warranty claim. In instances where the clients make errors or cancel orders after shipping, charges for both ways freight/shipping will apply.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to LES’s error.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in the customer’s account, depending on the payment method used.

 

LIMITATIONS

LES reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the return eligibility criteria or if there is evidence of misuse or damage caused by the customer.

LES may modify this return policy at any time, and changes will apply to orders placed after the modification date.
